BPAS Series Is "Festival of the Arts!"

The Bartow Performing Arts Series (BPAS) 2009-2010 season will feature five performances ranging from classical to country and dance to drama. "Festival of the Arts" is the theme of the Bartow-based performing arts group that functions as a program of the Bartow Area Chamber Foundation.
