Organized team sports are available for children as young as four years of age. Soccer, baseball, softball and football are all popular. In fact, Bartow is home to some of the best soccer fields and facilities in the area. For tennis fans, 14-lighted tennis courts are available for night play; and for those into exercise, there’s access to the city’s fitness gymnasium with Nautilus equipment at Polk Street Community Center.
