A Day of Durable Skills

This program introduces local 8th-grade students to essential employability and life skills they’ll need to succeed in high school, the workplace, and beyond. Through interactive sessions and hands-on learning, students will explore topics like workforce expectations, resume writing and interview techniques, communication skills, organization and time management, and more.

Businesses also have the opportunity to support our students by contributing items for take-home bags. If you would like to include promotional items, small giveaways, or resources for students, please drop them off at the Chamber office by Friday, February 27th.
