Bartow Executive Airport offers request for Proposal for Restaurant

The Bartow Airport Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from reliable and qualified individuals and/or companies to lease the Bartow Executive Airport restaurant space to provide food and beverage services, including aircraft catering services, to airport clientele and surrounding businesses and guests in a professional and expeditious manner. The Authority considers the food and beverage service a key factor in the overall operation of the facility.
It is the intent of the Authority to select a single proposer to supply the services necessary for successful completion of the proposal as defined herein. Nothing in this RFP is intended to restrict the Authority in any way in the selection of the proposal that best meets the needs of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to negotiate changes in proposals or best and final offers.
The Proposer shall obtain and maintain all licenses, permits and certificates necessary for food and beverage operations, and sales, including beer and wine, and shall be operated in accordance with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, including health department regulations.
The Bartow Executive Airport (KBOW) is owned and operated by the Bartow Airport Authority of Bartow, Florida. The Airport sits on over 1,846 acres in Polk County, between Tampa and Orlando, on the US HWY 17 corridor, which is at the center of a growing residential and industrial development. Over 60 Businesses and Organizations are located on the Airport and employ over 1,500 people.
