Bartow Ford Teams Up with Charm City
To Raise Funds for Achievement Academy
Bartow Ford, which will soon celebrate its 75th year in business, has found yet another way to support the community. This time, the dealership is supporting Achievement Academy.
With three area campuses, Achievement Academy has served children with developmental delays and disabilities for more than 63 years. The quality education, therapy, and support that is needed to help these children reach their maximum potential requires community support and financial assistance to happen.
To raise those much-needed funds, the Academy is holding its Annual Top Chef Celebration—an event where local, celebrity chefs serve their signature dish in the hopes of winning the “Top Chef of Polk County” and “Top Philanthropic” Awards.
The chefs are matched with Community Leaders for the Philanthropic Award, and this year, Benny Robles Jr., President of Bartow Ford, and Chef Nik Minadakis of Charm City Seafood were paired.
An upcoming event will raise funds for Achievement Academy as Robles and Minadakis work toward the Top Philanthropic Award.
Date Night Out will be held Saturday, February 4 at Idlewood Venue in Bartow, beginning at 6PM. Couples will enjoy a gourmet, five-course meal with paired cocktails, live music, performance artist Tony Trotti, a caricature artist, silent auction, and more. Additionally, for $50, attendees can purchase a Diamond Sip Champagne: One of those Champagne glasses will hold a beautiful diamond, which is being co-sponsored by Spath Jewelers.
Come as a couple or come as a group: Cost for the exclusive evening is $400 per couple or $1200 for a table of eight.
