DOH-Polk to Offer COVID-19 Vaccines at Front Page Brewery in Bartow Wednesday, April 21st
The Florida Department of Health in Polk County will be hosting a walk-up COVID-19 vaccine event. On Wednesday, April 21, DOH-Polk will be providing free COVID-19 vaccines at Front Page Brewery in Bartow from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., no appointment needed. Vaccines will be available to anyone 18 years of age and older as outlined in the Governor’s Executive Order. Front Page is located at 190 S Florida Ave. Bartow, FL 33830.
With the closure of Polk’s COVID-19 portal, DOH-Polk will transition to hosting walk-up testing events once a week. Dates and times may vary week to week. Information about weekly vaccine events will be available on DOH-Polk’s website located at http://polk.floridahealth.gov.
