Individuals who are homebound and wish to receive COVID-19 vaccine may register on the state’s homebound website at homeboundvaccine@em.myflorida.com. Their request will be routed to a regional incident management team who conduct home visits to administer vaccine.
The Florida Department of Health in Polk County remains committed to continue the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines across the county. To date, more than 250,000 of Polk’s residents have received a COVID-19 vaccine.
