Engage

ENGAGE is supported largely by generous sponsors requiring minimal dues to be paid by members who are employed by Chamber members. Programs offered by ENGAGE include:

• Lunch & Learns
• Leadership Development such as ENGAGE Serves
• Socials with like-minded young professionals
• Participation in the Stuff the Bus campaign each summer to benefit the Polk County School Board’s Heart Project
• Other opportunities to engage in the community and give back

ENGAGE believes in advancing the next generation of our community’s leaders through our motto, “Educate, Collaborate, Serve”.

• Educate – ENGAGE hosts Lunch & Learns featuring leaders who focus on topics to help attendees develop both personally as well as in their professional careers.
• Collaborate – ENGAGE is a venue for young professionals to build their personal networks and make valuable connections with their peers from various industries in the area.
• Serve – ENGAGE prides itself on being an organization that gives back to the Bartow community through programs such as ENGAGE Serves, Stuff the Bus, and more!
