July 4th Celebration Presented by the City of Bartow

Join the City of Bartow for a festive Independence Day celebration at Mosaic Park! Guests can bring blankets or lawn chairs for a full afternoon and evening of family-friendly fun, including:
Live Music from 3 PM – 9 PM featuring:
George Morris & the Lariat Band (3:00–3:45 PM) – country-rock favorites
Ray Nichols Band (4:15–5:00 PM) – old-school & contemporary country
Daniel Burns Band (5:30–6:15 PM) – Southern roots-rock fusion
Eli Mosley (6:45 PM–end) – Florida rancher & Marine with a Veteran’s Salute at 8:30 PM
Food Trucks & Vendors—a wide variety including Kona Ice, PJ’s BBQ, Angel’s Heavenly Empanadas, The Conch Spot, and more .
Kids’ Zone (starts at 2:30 PM) with moon bounces, inflatables (football, basketball, baseball, Gladiator Joust), giant Jenga & Connect Four, rock wall, face painting, balloon artist, and a roving magician .
Fireworks Extravaganza—a spectacular show set to launch at approximately 9:10 PM, following Mosley’s performance .
Opening Ceremony at 2:30 PM featuring Mayor Tanya Tucker, the Pledge of Allegiance led by the Parks & Rec Summer Camp, and performance by Bartow Idol winner Natalie Suarez .
Businesses, nonprofits, and individuals are encouraged to participate:
Vendor Fee: $100 (includes electricity).
Apply by submitting your vendor form and payment to the Bartow Civic Center (2250 S Floral Ave) by June 20, 2025
Event setup begins between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Booths must remain open until after fireworks and adhere to family-friendly guidelines .
Sponsorship Levels:
Presidential ($5,000–$10,000) – premium banners, VIP access, magazine ads, more
Star Spangled ($2,000–$4,999) – fence banner, social media recognition, VIP perks
Sparkler ($500–$1,999) – entrance signage, staff shirts, VIP access
Flag ($100–$499) – signage and recognition .
