Election day is April 6, 2021, for City of Bartow regular elections. There are four candidates running for the Bartow City Commission seat At-Large; and two candidates running for the Bartow City Commission Central District seat.
Now you can get to know the players at two events hosted by the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Bartow, Inc. – and you have two ways to do that, virtually or in person. You even have a chance to submit your questions if you choose the virtual format (see the form below). Central Avenue between Main and Summerlin Streets. Each Candidate will get three minutes to speak, then will be at an assigned socially distanced table to answer questions. Distanced seats will be available on first come first served basis. All social distancing protocols will be observed, please.
Below is the form to submit your candidate questions (anonymously) for the March 18th Virtual Political Forum. Deadline to submit questions is March 16, 2021. There is no guarantee your question will be used. Questions will be selected by the moderator and each candidate will have a chance to answer questions selected.
Election Day Is April 6, 2021 For The
City of Bartow Regular Election
FOR THE CITY REGULAR ELECTION ONLY, your polling location is the Bartow Civic Center Game Room, located at 2250 South Floral Avenue. All registered voters who live inside the city limits are eligible to vote in this election. Polls will be open on election day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Polk County Supervisor of Election will begin mailing election ballots on March 9th.
Walk in voting will begin March 29th at the Bartow, Winter Haven and Lakeland Supervisor of Elections offices.
